Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Baracuta tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
